Second mystery grenade

Here's the second mystery grenade.
There are quite a lot of markings around the base and top but they are faint so have been written out on the piece of paper.
Anyone any ideas?

This is a small air tank of some kind that has been made into a "grenade"
Maybe improvised grenade.
"PSI" marking is pounds per square inch
