Seeking Info for 3 Pounder Projectile

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone can tell me anything about the attached 3 pounder projectile ? It is 48.2mm (1.9 inches) diameter across at the driving band, 46.5mm (1.8 inches) across at the base, 141mm (5.6 inches) long and weighs 1.5kg (3.3 lbs). Has stampings of 3 Pr 80, I A.N.M.O, 5-40, P, a TF enclosed in a circle on the driving band (with possibly AO enclosed in a square box above this), and an arrow in enclosed in a square box with an arrow above it, and possibly an F enclosed in a circle above this. Can anyone help decipher these stamp marks or tell me what this projectile was used for ?

This is an Australian Navy 3Pr Hotchkiss (47x377R) Practice projectile.
Made by Maribyrnong Ordnance in 1940.The P and yellow band identify practice .
