SF3 AntiLift.......?

E-tech

Well-Known Member
Recently found a brief description in FM 5-31 (Sept. 1965) of the SF3 antilift device:
"This antilift cosists of an explosive charge, pressure-release striker assembly, safety bar, and chemical arming equipment. A turn of the safety bar crushes the glass vial, releasing the chemical to dissolve the safety pellet. This device cannot be disarmed."

The picture is of a small short cylinder with raised ridges on it's side, and a lever coming out of the center.

Has anyone got anything more on this device? Internal drawings, maybe?
