Sheerness AA Tower?

Just had a phone call from my pal who is down at Sheerness doing a job at the moment and his question is 'What is the large tower at the docks?'
I said i couldnt help him on that but maybe its a disused AA tower from WW2??
Any of you boys know as my pal isn't usually into military stuff,so it would be good to give him an answer as it might just tip him our way to the darkside!:neutral:

Maybe the tower is just outside the docks area? I can see anything that resembles my mates description.
Im sure he mentioned 'slits' in it? Surely he aint getting mixed up with a whacking great pill-box!
