Shell casing and projectile identification.

Hello, Can anyone identify the attached shell casing and projectile. I'm completely stumped. Age, country of manufacture and potential value if any as I'm looking at selling this item. It measures 14 cm long casing projectile 7 cm (removable) base diameter 2.5 cm. Thanks in advance.

The case is a flak 30/38 but the projectile is 20mm Hispano, post war possibly French
