Shell casing identification

Hello! I tried to identify 2 military metal-cased cartridges. Both are identical except the inscriptions and come from the same place. Unfortunately I was not successful. I kindly ask you if you can help me, by giving some information about these two, especially about the second (year, manufacturer, if it was used in WWI or WWII). I attached 3 pictures with them. First seems to be clear (made by Scovill MFG. Co. - an american company in 20.12.1916 with metric designation (measured by me) : 75x384 mm), but the second, I have no idea. I think your case is for the 76mm M1902 (and modified ones M1902/30) the case is 76x385R. There are a lot of different makers Usa, Japan for Russia. Also used as Beutegeschutz by Germany, Finland. Second one is a guess but looks Russian. The primers also look both Russian.

Thanks a lot for your help. I think you are right and both are 76x385R and for 76 mm M1902 or most probably M1902/30 divisional gun.
What intrigues me is the production date for the first - 20.12.1916. Do you think it may have been used in WWII with this date of manufacture? (anyway they have been used together).

I can't answer your question if there where ww1 casings and used again ww2 (but possible). The casing looks like if it is straight but they are slightly necked. Groet Michel
