Should I buy? FMU-56B Cluster bomb fuse, $65 at local store

Ok, so today I visited a local militaria store and the gentleman has a training fuse for a cluster bomb for sale... FMU-56B(D-1)/B. It is in pretty good shape and has a fairly long cable attached to it. The switches for arm delay, height-of-burst and ECM on/off all look in good original shape. No parts would unscrew/disassemble by hand as I looked at it. Not sure what is inside as it is an inert training fuse.
So my question is, is it worth the $65 he is asking? It sure seems like a good price. Also, I can't find any listings for these for sale to compare value. I think it is a neat looking fuse and as I'd rather spend money elsewhere if it is a good deal I don't want to let it get away... thoughts? The only pic I have is what I took of the nameplate so I could do some research. Also, these inert/training fuzes... do they disassemble at all? Do they work on a differential altitude/pressure or radar? Batteries?
Thanks in advance...

Well, I bought it... couldn't resist. When you mix electronics with ordnance I have a weakness... in pretty good shape since some I've seen have been demilled or smashed up pretty good. I do wish I could take it apart but it is sealed up pretty good. I don't know what it will take to remove the arming cable but if I do I'm afraid it won't go back together.
