a couple of german bomb fragments from Nutley,27 sept. 1940.
can anyone confirm this area was subject to bombing around that time?

Hi ,

I'm trying to prove provenance on these items as german bomb fragments from Nutley.
They certainly look like light casings from german type bombs and remaining colours are similar.
can anyone say if this area was bombed.

Nutley bombing

Nutley was struck with stick of German bombs in 1944 and that is ony record of any german bombs hitting the area
