Shrappnel projectile

I got this picture from a friend of mine, asking me if this is a rare shrappnel shell. Does anybody have a type designation, and can anyone tell me it's value?

Hello,

Dutch 7.5cm granaatkartets could be a good candidate (with fuze Tsb No5, similar as Italian fuze).
As far as I know, you made a nice cutaway of this shell.
