I have here a simulator No. 3 Mk. I. Produced in februari 1943. It is made of bakelite and the height is 195 mm or 7.7 in, the diameter is a little less than 2 inch or 50 mm.
Can anyone say what it simulates and what is it used for?
Appears to be the same as the US M110. Simulates artillery fire, takes gasoline in addition to its photoflash component. Always ensure it is empty, as simply looking in the gasoline component (filled in the field by the user) does not mean it contains no photoflash.
