SNEM and Borletti fuzes still being made?

I'm trying to track down whether two companies are still making mortar fuzes.

One is the Italian Borletti, which was bought by Simmel Difesa, now a part of the Chemring Group. I can get no answer from Simmel.

The other is the French SNEM (Societe Nouvelle d'Etudes et de Mecanique) which just seems to have vanished.

Both companies were making fuzes up to a few years ago.
