excellent, only if I can understand French :D

I see Civil Protection sign on first document cover sheet. Do you work in CP, and do you have any document, or link in English about organizational structure of French Civil Protection EOD sector/department. It is interesting for me as I work in Federation of Bosnia Herzegovina Civil Protection Administration as Chief of EOD Department.
 
I use the language translation service, "Babel Fish", on Yahoo to help me translate different languages.

I simply copy the text from the document and paste it into Babel Fish then choose which language I want to translate it into e.g. French to English.

Yes , and they both made several big books about old explosive ordnance , in french langage, and also translated in german langage.
