Some nice bomb pics included

I've posted some images of these bombs previously.
Tried to get one of the Cooper replicas, but they won't sell and say they are 'movie prop' cost... read very expensive!
The bomb racks are operational, for future movie/airshow purposes, but likely to be used with more disposable copies of the bombs.

Quite cool to watch the aircraft and really good for photography, 'cos they are slow and low!

Makes me wish I lived in New Zealand.

You are more than welcome mate.:tinysmile_grin_t:

Heaps of airshows in NZ.

The Classic Fighters Airshow is held not far from my parents place near Blenheim every odd numbered year. From hearing them talk about it, it must be really fantastic and realistic. They said it was a sight seeing a German staff car heading towards the airshow with the occupants all dressed as German officers. Apparently some of the German reenactors must take it very seriously as quite a few of them spoke German.

I should try to time our trips to NZ to coincide with the airshow.

Also nearby is the Omaka Aviation Heritage Museum. I have been through it and it has some superb displays and a great collection mainly of WWI aircraft.
