Hi,
Here some find's from Poland.
Unknown type of ordnance, inside-nothing (INERT) 4 "wings".
Nationality - unknown, when was made? (ww2 or modern) no idea
Any ideas?

Hi Mariusz
Not really my thing but looks like the tail of an incendiary or illumination aerial bomb.
Material & fabrication looks too light duty to nbe a heavy bomb - also not very big.
Also leaflet dispenser?
