I wish to know why this .303 has two dates. I put it on another forum but got no answer.
Was it un-used 1945 cases reloaded in 1948 as sporting rounds by Pretoria? I have not seen 2 dates before on a .303 cartridge. I cannot change the title error to dates.

Hi Ron

This was the first South African sporting ammunition. Surplus war time cases were over stamped. There are a few varieties. Will post more photos once I receive.
