South African rifle grenades??? HELP NEEDED???

Hi all.

I'm looking for documents or pictures of different rifle grenades used by the South African Army from approx 1966 to now. All grenades used on the 7.62mm FN Fal 'R1' and used on the 5.56mm Galil 'R4'.

Any help much appreciated.

I know for sure that they had a rifle grenade that was called nothing other than I know a "Fragmentation, Rifle Grenade". I cannot find the exact name of this R-4 fired R/G. If I saw a picture of it I would know immediately what it is.
