All its designation markings are on the Soviet-era-developed Russian 82 mm Naval decoy rocket? Though the important one is the only one that's hard to read due to the lighting.
Anyway, as far as I can tell it's an A3-TST-60U (А3-ТСТ-60У) infrared decoy rocket, which can/has been used with the PK-16 system.

Sorry, yes, A3-TSP-60U (А3-ТСП-60У) chaff decoy rocket, improved version of the A3-TSP-60 (А3-ТСП-60).
It looked like a 'T' in the first image, and I missed the obvious 'P' in the later (7th) image.
For note its an A3-TSP-60U, as per the markings, not TSP-60U. The West has a habit of truncated Russian index codes, that and adding or removing hyphens and spaces.
