Soviet ROG-43 Deffensive grenade

Got a frag sleeve from a friend in Russia put it use my ROG-43. The grenade I had to refurb (rust bubbles) but is a fairly close match in appearance as the original sleeve. I'm not sure how often this defensive conversion was done during the war but it is striking.
