Soviet/Russiam Booby trap Fuze designation

I am trying to prove or disprove a designation supposedly used by the Soviets/Russian for booby trapped fuzes or ordnance. The designation, in English is "ML" and would be just before the normal fuze/ordnance designation. Like the Soviet "ML-UZRGM" grenade fuze which has a zero delay.

Like I said I am trying to prove or disprove this, some winnie supposedly Special forces (which I highly doubt) insists that he recovered several items with that "ML" designation and all were zzero delay or functioned immediately when fired.

thank you
