Stowage of large (7.2" or 60 pdr) rounds in artillery tractors

This question came up w.r.t. modelling a Scammell R100 artillery tractor. Assuming it was used for transporting some rounds as well as towing the artillery pieces, how would these rounds have been carried. Any information on stowage racks, cases for bagged charges, etc)?
Thanks in advance.
