Hi Tmine I saw that it was noted as being a Vulcan after I put the thread on BOCN and to be fair to the seller he did make it clear that he wasn't sure about it.
It is a good one to be aware of though. Vulcan rounds are almost (although not always) unheadstampted and whilst experienced collectors of cannon rounds would see something was wrong immediately its one to be aware of for people who are new to the hobby of collecting shells.

Well, someone seems to think it's worth 5.5 Eur plus 5 Eur postage! Perhaps it's just what he wants in spite of being vandalized by an amateurish WaA stamp.
