Strange device on SC10

Does anyone (maybe "kiwieod" ?) know what is this kind of belt on this german SC10 ?
Could it be a device for container or suspension lug ?

Looks a lot like an aviation hose clamp!

Yes, I assume it could be a suspension belt (my first thought) but I thought these small bombs were usually dropped with containers (Azc10 fuzes were fitted with a suspension lug so I assume it for a vertical storage)
