strange drill limpet mine

got this wooden drill limpet mine at our local gunshow.made from wood with a metal plate in the middle,dosnt have magnets
160mm in diameter
anyone got any idea which limpet mine this is?

yes looks like I have the wooden center piece from this mine,this would appear to be a US navy mine with the MK designation
 
looks like it is part of the drill version of the ww2 british MK111 limpet mine,minenaz16 has provided the photos from lexpev
 
I had these two pictures in my computer and forgot the source.
It maybe be more logical that is the drill version of Mk IV rather than MkIII
