strange grenade

Today I got these photos from an object that looks like a grenade. The grenade has an outer and an inner body. I think that the outer body has only a safety function. The inner body contains a white powder. On the top is possible a safety fuse to ignite the inner part ( I think so). I have not seen any markings on the body. The measurements are following:
Outer body: length - 130 mm, diameter - 65 mm.
Inner body: Length 90 mm, diameter - 60 mm. The outer body exists also in blue color.
Imaginable it is a firefighting grenade. Who can give more info?

Hello MINENAZ16,
your link was very useful for me. I think that this practice grenade was not introduced to the Bundeswehr. I have seen a practice grenade made by PYRA (Bratislava) more than 10 years ago with sound and smoke effect during a presentation.
