Streange No 16

My friend from Estonia found this grenade some time ago and we dont know what is it.
Body is the same as a english No 16 but have streange top or bottom.From one side looks like he had adapter for fuze but from the other side is 19 mm hole withouth theard.

You forgot about one type of Zelenski grenade.This grenade is very similar to No 16 but is no the same.
