Good afternoon my dear fellow ordnance connaisseurs!

I came across this image on the internet and was wondering what it is. What's the country of origin and designation? I don't trust the labeling and don't think it's factory attached.
All joking aside it's probably some sort of signalling mine?

Thank you very much in advance!

The text is exact the same as from a tin of Swedish fermented herring.

Maybe is this item made for reanactment.
