I am trying to find information and images of a Tillsatsing m/18.

I have no idea what it is other than it is Swedish.

Any help would be great.

So I was given this picture. I am guessing now that I am looking at it that the m/18 has the potential for multiple grenade heads?

I am looking for information on the big one.

Tillsatsing stand probably for tillsatsladdning, which would mean "additional charge"

So that's an extra charge added over the top of the original m/18.
Makes sense.

Any idea how much total explosive it held?
