Swiss 20x110 HS-404 information wanted

It's a TP round converted into a dummy round. Just small numbers were made. You also can find them with projectiles which are silver painted (more common).
For indication the painted the cartridge neck light brown. The color light brown indicates dummy ammunition in the Swiss army.
