Far right, middle two are British. They hold the fuze and screw onto the main body. I think it's actually an igniter, maybe for underwater use, if you look at the bottom piece there is an 'o' ring which I think was to stop the ingress of water into the striker well. I've had one since a child. Someone posted a complete item and name on the site some years (10+) back and I lost the details.
