T 13 beano grenade container

Heres a rare find.
Its a transit container for the US T13 beano grenade. its quite large due to the fact the grenade and fuze were both packed seperately inside the tube.(Pity there was not a gren inside!):tinysmile_angry_t:
ive added a Mk2 gren to one pic to show the size.
Dimentions are
Hight 8.5 inches 21.5cm
width 3.5 inches 9.5 cm
internal diameter 2 5/8 inches 6.8 cm
markings on metal end caps
CONT. M106 MOD II
Anyone know what the lot Nos mean?
