Hum, seems similar to the vanes of a russian ADOS or ADSU !

That's are no bombs but bombs fuzes.
The first version of ADSU is appeard in 1929 but it is knowing that a similar fuze was used in 1914.
Only one was found by germans in 1941. Thinking it was obsolete and used only in training.
ADOS is an amelioration of ADSU with a safety screw as manipulation security.
Drawings are coming from the documentation of Mr H.Belot, retired french EOD Tech.
