Tail fins... but from what ?????

HI.. saw these in my local junk shop today,, the guy said they were from a torpedo... can anyone I'd them please ? Thanks in advance..

Bomb or grenade would be my guess. The only thing I can say for sure: It's not from a torpedo!
 
I have seen something similar to these in a scrapyard some years ago,I think they were made of some type of fibreglass,about a foot wide as I remember,perhaps from a droptank or container,?

I`d say it is the (part of the) aluminium tail fin from a British 1000Lbs retarded bomb (modern era).
