Tail section 6 inch

[Bravo foxtrot]

Does anyone recognize this tail section - it is aluminum, aluminium alloy and 6.25 inches across the fins.

The plug appears to be original.

In was converted into a desk tidy and inside filled with mastic and gravel.

I may be an aircraft munition or accessory.
