It definitely appears to be a rocket motor from one of the Rocket 66mm HEAT M-72 family. The rocket motors used on the M72A4 to A6/A7 all use rocket motors of similar design with the 8 small steel fins. Earlier versions used 6 large aluminum fins.
I only have tech info on the M72A5 and the dimensions are slightly different, the outside dia of the motor body being 61mm and the outside dia of the nozzle 63mm.
