Amazing collection, Vince! I have never seen the wood transport cases before. Thanks for posting these photo.

Fantastic collection ! Especially like the containers. How many different types of round are there to collect?
Cheers

hello,

thank you for your interest!
jason here in France and the border with Belgium this kind of wooden crate is "relatively" easy (unlike here we have more trouble finding ford mustang:tinysmile_grin_t: ), and I still love to buy when they are in good condition.
gary there is this site which includes no evil boxes and contenaires

http://wehrmachts.kisten.free.fr/sommaire_blindes.htm

http://wehrmachts.kisten.free.fr/sommaire_general.htm

but to my knowledge there are three types of crates for transporting shells.

- Wooden crate
- contenaire
- Perforated rack (good translation?)

Very nice! I also have never seen the wooden crates before. I also had not seen the steel tube container for this size round. It is interesting to see that they are marked for both KwK and Pak.
