torpedo excercise head

torpedo excercise hed was found in the sea near city of Rijeka. Torpedo is 533 mm and i think that is Italian trough the mark and leters on torpedo parts.
Does anyone knows what is this? Model? Picture?

I think you are right, "Prora" is the italian word for prow/bow (forward part of a ship)...
