I today found this very nice looking casing from the trash can.It is 105mm casing from 1963,thats all i know. What other markings tell from it? It is for tank gun?
It is British. It was made at the Royal Ordnance Factory Birtley in Newcastle-Upton-Tyne in 1963.
This case was used in the British 105mm L7 tank gun, which was used in the British Centurion tank. This gun was also made under license in many other countries.
