Trolley Wheel Identifying

Hi Everyone,
Can anyone help me identify this 3 inch wheel?
I have a suspicion that it is from either a Vickers or Bren MG and could be for transporting the gun or the ammo boxes around, but I'm only guessing.

Hi Banny,
This wheel looks very simular to the ones we used to use on the ranges for moving targets,ran in 'tram lines' and pulled along the target area by a electric winch and wire howser?
