(2) I just can't find the I.D for these Links, stamps on the links are.....ROS 24K and 24-77
thanks
MICK

I think the links are for 20mm x 139mm ammunition used in the Giat 20mm M693 F2 cannon

The same style of link are also used in the 20mm (20x102) M39 aircraft cannon.

the 12.7 round could be a Swedish made case,GE is thought to be a code for gense,or could be british with the K
what does the rest of the case/round look like,is it a steel case?

These style of links are indeed used for both 20x139 and 20x102.
Both links are derived from US M12 and are very similar besides the fact they accommodate cases slightly different in diameter.

the "24K" is the link for the French anti-aircraft 20M693 in caliber 20x139.

the "23TE" is the link for the French 20M621 in caliber 20x102.

If i see it correct on the pictures, yours is a ROS 24K, so a 20x139 link made by 'Philippe Rossi Industries, Marseilles, France (now Eurolinks)'
