I don't think it's a factory code, this number varied from specimen to specimen, so it's a serial number, I believe.
I have no idea, who made this device, but there was a TZK-100G variant for mining, looking completely different though ( https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct...fb543083f79a&usg=AOvVaw2azN1dZ2P3ly-L_5rFepIU ) made by the BELMA factory in Bydgoszcz.
