U/I German? Fuze

Hi

The Canadian War Museum has this fuze - possibly German. It is 5 cm long and the diameter at the treads is 2.5 cm. The fuze ring is 10 seconds. Can anyone identify this fuze and tell me more about it? Possibly WW1 or later.
