U.K. drill projectile??

Caliber approx. 114mm(4,5 inch). Projectile has 101 E (U.K.) fuze and one hole (approx 5cm) in the base. Couple similar projectiles were found burried. Fuzes were different.

Is that U.K. drill projectile??

Yes, drill/dummy it is. What are the markings on the fuzes?

Projectile length without fuze is 332mm.
I cannot found similar U.K. projectile with 2 copper bands.
Does somebody know the nomenclature of that projectile??
