U.S. MK1 grenade unfinished

I got this US MK1 in the post today. The top and bottom holes are unthreaded. I don't think this is a practice or a dummy, I just think it was simply unfinished, maybe a lunchbox grenade. I absolutely love it...Dano

Us MK1

Thanks Andy, yep I consider this a major addition and got it pretty cheap too. There were plenty of practice units (painted blue) and throwing dummies at the time which only leads me to more think this one was simply unfinished. Have a special place in the trench for this one...Dano
