The spotter charge is a 1.5 inch 37mm flare gun case (cardboard with metal base) designated SP-60 with a silver colored closure disc.

This one has the wrong fuze on. The correct one (containing the spotting charge) is the UIMV-60 which also allows for a remote electrical (cable) triggering.
