Un-Finished Mills No. ??

Received this un-finished grenade last week. The bottom was welded on a book end, so no photo there.


Is this a No.5 or 36. There are no markings that I can see. The only whole is the one in the base.

Any comments ??

Not unfinished. Most probably a throwing practice body based on the No 36.
