chris i can just imagine two or three uniformed personel going into bejam and coming out with frozen chickens under their arms lol. I bet when they forgot to defrost the chickens it was a pretty spectacular site, did it ever put you off eating chicken lol
They could have made some chicken fricase ,or sold the remnants to the local chinese take away lol.I bet that must have stunk to high heaven . hows about a side line in donna kebabs lol
well I used to have one in my collection but I think the design was changed circa 1970's ish to a standard Practice projectile with a far more powerful propellant to achieve the same result.I dont envy you one bit chris enough to make anyones stamach churn, the smell must have been bad to resort to a gas mask idont know whats worse yuk.Changing the subject a little i dont suppose you know anyone who,s got a 30mm aden flat headed proof round for sale,i know they are pretty rare just thought id ask on the off chance
I have two 70s proof rounds, standard HE projectile with blue balistic caps and writing in felt tip pen on them, ones even got a proof case which i hadnt seen up till then. Oh well at least theres a faint hope of tracking one down then lol . just got to find a hen with some teeth
