Unfinished 20mm Oerlikon case

Just recieved this Oerlikon ? unfinished case , headstamps reads ,12 o'clock BPF ,4 o'clock OeZ and 8 o'clock 41 Can anyone tell me who BPF are ? ,I know OeZ is the marking for Oerlikon and I take it 41 is the date ,any help appreciated

BPF Stands for Blackpole Factory. This was located in Blackpole, Worcs.

Are you sure about this, Falcon? On .303", Blackpole's mark was BE. Peter Labbett in his various books always said that BPF was "unknown", and it seems it was only seen on 20mm Oerlikon cases.

I am not certain about it. That's what I was told it was, but maybe it is just that the initials fit.
