Unidentified 130 second (!) fuze

Hi

The Canadian War Museum where I work as a volunteer has the unidentified fuze pictured here.

It is a time fuze - time and percussion? - and the time ring is 130 seconds. Or maybe 13 seconds? Possibly German and probably WW1.

Any help in identifying the fuze and its associated equipment would be appreciated.

Thanks

Doug

markings

Hi Doug, are there any markings of any sort beside the timing rings? Strongly resembles American style fuze...Dano

Hi Dano

Unfortunately there are no visible markings. I would also suspect American, similar to their 31 second fuze, except for the high number on the time ring. There was a Russian connection to the American fuses in WW1, but I have no information on them.
