Unidentified 47mm shell casing

Hello,
I would like to identify the 47mm cartridge case shown on the right in the following photos.It has exactly the same profile and dimensions as the French Hotchkiss Model 1885 47mm case, but it is 10mm longer, measuring 385mm.
Wouldn't the crown on the right be Italian?
