unidentified 90mm

Hi there
I was wondering if anyone can positively identify this 90mm projectile. It is stuffed into a 1943 dated M19 cartridge which obviously doesn't belong to it.
It is marked 90mm JPK, TP-T/HEP, M82 BG and stamped LOT SXG 31-8 1955 90mm M71. Due to the date, 1955 I doubt if it is a mecar projectile.
Am I correct in assuming it is for the German post-war Jagdpanzer Marder or possibly Patton tank?

It's a practice projectile for the Belgian JagdPanzerKanone (turretless tank).
